Mass Spectrom<\/em>. 2017, <em>52<\/em>, 689-700<\/a> led by research fellow <strong>Dr Ester Oras <\/strong>was selected by the editorial board as the cover article for the Oct 2017 issue of the <em>Journal of Mass Spectrometry<\/em>!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/each.ut.ee\/EACH\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Ester_Oras.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/each.ut.ee\/EACH\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Ester_Oras-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"Ester_Oras\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-12058\" srcset=\"https:\/\/each.ut.ee\/EACH\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Ester_Oras-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/each.ut.ee\/EACH\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Ester_Oras-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/each.ut.ee\/EACH\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Ester_Oras.jpg 487w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Ester&#8217;s research demonstrates that tiny (and to a large extent degraded) food remains on ceramic potsherds, dating back many hundreds of years, can still tell interesting stories about the food practices of our ancestors.
